Projects Introduction

Sustainable Agriculture
The Foundation actively promotes sustainable agricultural practices that are rooted in nature, seeking to protect the land, minimize environmental impact, use resources wisely, improve efficiency, and produce high-quality agricultural products.
The sustainable agriculture practice base, located on the eastern coastal region of China, employs advanced natural farming techniques and biodynamic approaches to cultivate organic, eco-friendly, healthy, and sustainable wines.
Longting Vineyard is nestled in the enchanting locale of Penglai, Shandong Province, and was established in 2009 as a distinguished traditional Chinese boutique winery. With a guiding philosophy centred on "Reverence for Nature, Prime Quality, Happy Life, and Pursuit of Goodness," Longting crafts ecological wines that reflect the unique coastal terroir.
Employing natural farming and selective biodynamic practices that prioritise soil health, the vineyard eschews chemical pesticides and fertilizers. Lush grass and no-till cultivation foster a rich biodiversity, while the harmonious cycles of the seasons bring forth vibrant blooms and a chorus of birds. Enhanced by ample sunshine, sandy soils, and the embrace of the sea, the vineyard enjoys a mild climate ideal for nurturing premium wine grapes.
